HUGE congratulations to King Henry’s Walk Gardens for their 1st place for Best Community Garden in the London in Bloom awards. On Friday 3rd September the results for the 2010 London In Bloom Awards were announced at a ceremony at the Guild Hall with a few of our Master Gardeners in attendance. The Borough of Islington was awarded a Gold medal and was overall runner up along with Croydon to the Champion of Champions, the City of London.
London in Bloom has also nominated the Borough of Islington as a finalist in the 2010 Britain in Bloom competition.
